Yes, this is a good move. If they all received similar complaints in bulk it will be a big impact.
It would be good that you all send the affidavites, show that this is a potential life threatening and health issue as well. Also, question their decission.
Beleive me guys, we have all things in our favor. The only aspect is it should reach right people timely and showing the potential issue which could affect us.
1. Firstly, its the mistake in their Master Plan and big time miscoordination.
2. Its a Potential Health and Life threatening issue.
3. Report this issue to Health Ministry timely. They have to act on this proactively.
4. Tell builders that you guys will report to Media, this way builders will involve more with the fear of dropping prices.

that municipal corporation can't start work on dumping ground as a
litigation is already going in the court. If municipal corporation

However we all should proactively act here and draft affidavites
mentioning how all of us, as future residents, will be effected by
